Telephone Calls
Our physicians provide you 24-hour coverage. Non-emergency calls should be made to our office during normal working hours so your records will be readily accessible.
During office hours, our staff returns all phone calls. They are trained to answer routine questions and to give illness advice. Sometimes, due to the nature of the complaint, this will not be possible and they will need to discuss your concerns with the doctor before giving you advice. Our staff will not interrupt the physicians when they are with patients.

Prescriptions
REFILLS
Refills will only be done during regular office hours. Please monitor your usage closely and call several days before you need your medication refilled. Please know the name and dosage of the medication to be refilled and have the name and phone number of your pharmacy ready when you call.

Sick at Night
If high fever is the problem, consult the fever routine instructions. Temperatures are usually higher at night with most illnesses. Record the temperature with a thermometer at least once each evening while your child is sick.
A rectal temperature is desired in children less than 5 years of age but an axillary (arm pit) temperature can be substituted.
In children over 5 years of age, oral temperature should be obtained.
In judging the severity of the illness, first eliminate the effects of fever such as chills, irritability, & listlessness by lowering the temperature.

Forms can be completed online through the patient portal or you can print them from our website and bring them with you to your appointment.
