Our physicians provide you?24-hour coverage. Non-emergency calls should be made to our office during normal working hours so your?records will be readily accessible.
During office hours, our staff returns all phone calls. They are?trained to answer routine questions and to give illness advice. Sometimes, due to the nature of the complaint, this will not be possible and they will need to discuss your concerns with the doctor before giving you advice. Our staff?will not interrupt the physicians when they are with patients.
